General Conduct and Appearance
- Ensure that your child strictly follows the prescribed school uniform code on all
school days.
- Fancy shoes, fashion jewelry, unruly hairstyles, mushroom cuts, streaked or colored hair, and other fashion trends are not allowed.
- Skirt hemlines must be knee-length and appropriate to school norms.
School Visits and Interaction
- Parents/Guardians are not permitted to enter classrooms or meet children/teachers during school hours without prior approval.
- In case of emergencies, parents must report to the Principal’s office and proceed only with their guidance and consent.
- Strangers or unauthorized individuals are not permitted to interact with students on campus.
Student Pick-Up and Leave Policy
- Once a student has arrived at school, they should not be taken home during school hours unless absolutely necessary.
- In the event of an emergency, written permission from the Principal is mandatory before early dismissal.
Private Tuition Policy
- Parents must note that school teachers are strictly prohibited from offering or accepting private tuition for any student of this institution.
- Parents are requested not to request or persuade school staff for private academic help outside of school hours.
Communication Protocol
- If there is a change in address or contact details, parents must inform the school office immediately to ensure timely communication and safety.
- All formal communication from parents should be addressed directly to the Principal and not to class teachers or other staff members.
Respectful Conduct
- We expect parents and guardians to be polite, respectful, and cooperative with all school staff, even under challenging circumstances.
- A cordial parent-school relationship plays a vital role in the child’s growth and development.
